We chose The Marylebone Hotel while visiting London for our son’s graduation. The atmosphere was elegant but still comfortable for families. Breakfast was fresh and the service was always attentive. The staff was very qelcoming as well, especially the doormans, we are very grateful to the manager Jhalak who helped arrange a small surprise dessert plate for our son after we mentioned his graduation. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration more meaningful. Thank you for making our special moment even more memorable!

I don't have enough great things to say about the Marylebone! My wife and I stayed here for a week in January. We were greeted at the front door upon arrival by Ellie. She was wonderful and made sure we felt right at home. Every morning we used the gym, "The Third Space". This gym is fantastic! It offers great equipment for cardio, weight lifting, swimming and recovery. Ben and the staff at the gym were fantastic. The breakfast was a treat every morning. It was healthy, delicious and has options for everyone. Beata and the team there make you feel right at home. Overall, this was a fantastic stay that I recommend to everyone that's coming to London. We can't wait to come back!

Just back from my birthday weekend spent here in suite 326. The staff were attentive and couldn't have been more helpful. Always happy to say hello and engage in a quick chat in the elevator, hallway or when serving. Belka (hopefully spelled right) our breakfast server was very polished and friendly - a great way to start our day. The room (facing out the back of the hotel) was extremely quiet. The area is very convenient and we walked 15-20 minutes to the places were planning to visit. Great location. There's a strange lack of drawers in the room we had but I suppose a lot of people l I've out of their case. My one suggestion is that they should really consider making 1 or 2 rooms into their own fitness centre and end whatever arrangement they have with the gym provider which you can access as a guest. 1) the pool advertised is a fitness pool for laps only. There is nowhere to relax surrounding it, there is one small bench and that's it. 2) the staff and clients are incredibly rude to hotel guests. We had to sign in (never had to sign into a pool in my life) and you have to wear street clothes down there. We were hoping for a relaxing swim at the end of each day but it was more trouble than it was worth. We got yelled at for having robes on (there is a small sign that we didn't see) and then you get treated like muck by the gym clients. They must hate the hotel guests using it, that's the only conclusion I can come to. It's better off not having it - because it left a bad impression for what was otherwise a magical stay.

The hotel is beautifully designed, in a fantastic location just a short walk from Oxford Street and Marylebone High Street, and feels calm and comfortable inside. My room was clean, quiet and well‑equipped, and the facilities (including the gym/pool and bar/restaurant) were a real bonus. Suhail at the front desk was exceptionally helpful throughout my stay. He welcomed me warmly on arrival, explained everything clearly, and made the check‑in process very smooth. On several occasions he went out of his way to assist me- Even when the desk was busy, he remained calm, professional and polite, and always made time to ensure I was looked after. His proactive attitude, patience and genuine kindness made a real difference to my stay and left me feeling very well cared for.

Our stay at The Marylebone Hotel was truly wonderful, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Under the leadership of GM Fabio, the hotel is helmed by an eclectic, international team that creates a welcoming, vibrant yet cozy atmosphere throughout. We especially loved the food & beverage team. Gaetano brings together a crew that is both fun and precise, and breakfast each morning filled us with joy and lightness. We cherished the time spent connecting with Caitlin, young and deeply dedicated; Ronaldo, who brings so much joy; and Beata, always offering big smiles and genuine care. Food is nutritious and nourishing and designed not to generate too much waste. Access to a fully professional gym with sauna next door is a great plus. It’s rare to feel so rooted and nestled while being in such a cosmopolitan environment. The Marylebone Hotel manages this beautifully. A gem.

We recently stayed at this hotel, beautiful and quite classy, the bar has some really good cocktails and the ambience is really good. The rooms however have very small bathrooms, thankfully we were upgraded for free by Jhalak when we told her we were here for my birthday booked by my girlfriend. Bonus point always go speak to the front desk they are so sweet they will most probably give you a free upgrade if available. And we got two drink vouchers too. So it was pretty cool.

I stayed at The Marylebone with my elderly parents and we had a really lovely experience as a family. The hotel felt calm, comfortable and safe for them, and the location made it easy for us to get around London without too much walking. Our room was clean and well looked after, and the atmosphere in the hotel was warm and welcoming. Suhail’s service throughout our stay was truly outstanding. He took extra care with my elderly parents, speaking kindly and clearly to them, and never rushed us even when the front desk was busy. He helped with practical things like arranging taxis, giving clear directions, and answering all our questions about the local area and transport. Whenever we needed anything, Suhail was the first to step in, often anticipating our needs before we asked. His genuine warmth, professionalism and consistent willingness to help turned a good stay into an excellent one, and he is a big reason we would happily return to The Marylebone.

My four-night stay at The Marylebone was exceptional. The rooms are tastefully decorated and impressively equipped, providing a perfect London sanctuary. The breakfast is a standout—featuring a brilliant buffet alongside delicious made-to-order mains and top-tier coffee. Access to the Third Space gym is a massive perk, especially the stunning pool, sauna, and steam room. It’s a flawless blend of luxury and wellness. I absolutely loved my time here!
